You can create a recurring series including multiple sessions on the same day and group them on your schedule for a tidy view using our consolidated sessions feature.

Start by creating your series of sessions

When creating a recurring series, you can quickly and easily set multiple sessions at different times on the same or different days all a part of the same series.

Click Add new session on the Schedule page and start creating your session. Make sure you select Recurring session, then set your start and end dates for the series and use the options below to select the days on which your sessions will occur and add and set as many time slots as you wish.

Consolidate your sessions

Where you have multiple sessions of the same type happening on a single day, you can choose to List sessions individually each day or Group identical sessions each day under Select a display option.

When you consolidate your sessions in this way, customers will choose their desired time slot, from those shown as part of the booking flow.

This can help keep your Schedule page nice and tidy if you’re running multiple identical sessions on the same day.

How this will look for your customers

When identical sessions on the same day in a series are listed individually, each session will be displayed on the Schedule page to your customers.

Booking would then proceed as normal for your customers.

If you decide to consolidate identical sessions in a series, your customers will see a single display on your Schedule page for that series.

After clicking on the Details button for that series, customers are then able to see and check all available times, selecting and proceeding to book their desired time as they usually would.
