Login issues are a common challenge that can usually be resolved with a few straightforward steps. This article outlines troubleshooting methods for both general users, business owners and affiliates.
General troubleshooting for login issues
For most users, business owners and affiliates experiencing login difficulties, we recommend working through the below steps:
Ensure credentials are correct - Double check that the email and password entered are correct. Ensure there are no typos (e.g an extra blank space at the end or beginning) and that the Caps Lock key is not enabled. If you are using auto-fill log in details that are saved to your device, ensure that these are up to date.
Reset your password - If you cannot log in due to forgotten credentials, you can request a password reset link by following these steps; navigate to the login page > provide the registered email address > click on the Forgot your password? link > follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. Once this is updated you will be automatically logged into your account.
Advanced Troubleshooting for Affiliates
If you are an affiliate using Gymcatch and are still experiencing login issues after working through the above steps, then please try the following:
Ensure affiliate invitation has been accepted - You will need to accept the affiliate invitation that your provider has sent to you by email before you can successfully log into the admin portal. If you're having issues finding this email, ask the business owner to manually send this affiliate invite link to you. They can easily find this by clicking into your affiliate profile on the Team page and clicking Copy invitation link.
Check log in email address is correct - You will need to make sure that you're logging into the admin portal with the same email address you used to accept this affiliate invitation.
Check admin permissions - Contact the business owner to verify your affiliate administrative permissions. They can easily find these by clicking into your affiliate profile on the Team page and making sure that the checkbox next to Make this team member an administrator of the provider is ticked along with the relevant permissions below this.
