My provider has changed to GymcatchPay, can I still use my saved payment cards from before?

You will not be able to use your previously saved payment card details when booking and paying through GymcatchPay. This is because those saved card details are held and only usable when paying via Stripe.

You can easily add your payment card details, and optionally save them, when booking and paying through GymcatchPay for the first time. If you wish to save them, then please ensure that you have ticked the checkbox next to Save the card for future payments once you have entered your card details on the payment screen.

If you wish to remove the card details saved within the Payment cards section of your account that were previously used when paying via Stripe, then you can easily do this by following the below steps:

On the web:

  • Log into your account here

  • Click on your name in the top right hand corner of your screen

  • Payment cards

  • Click on the bin icon in the bottom right hand corner next to your saved card details

  • Delete

On the mobile app:

  • Profile

  • Settings

  • Payment cards

  • Edit

  • Tap the minus sign that has appeared to the left of your saved payment card details

  • Delete

Please note that customers will need to ensure that their mobile apps have been updated to Android version 2.22.0 and iOS version 2.23.0 in order to be able to use GymcatchPay.
