How can I update the payment card / method on my existing membership?

You can easily update the payment card or method on an existing membership that you have by following the below steps:

On the web:

  • Log into your account here

  • Click on your name in the top right hand corner of your screen

  • Purchases

  • Packages

  • Click on the membership in question

  • Show usage and billing history

  • Update Payment Method

On the mobile app:

  • Profile

  • Package purchases

  • Tap on membership in question

  • Update payment method
