Your customers can easily purchase from your content library on Gymcatch when you use our On-demand feature.

Once you’ve added your on-demand resources, your customers can purchase them and then access them within the app or on the web for the timeframe you specify.

Click Add new resource to start creating your on-demand resource.

Step 1: Details

Start creating your on-demand resource by adding your:

  • Title

  • Category

  • Any additional information within the About field

  • Instructor

  • Difficulty level

  • Visibility

  • Gender

Step 2: Resource Access

Add a link to your resource within the Resource url field and add any additional information under Additional access information that may be required such as a login or password. Any information in this section will only be displayed post purchase during the customer's access period.

Step 3: Purchase Availability

You can configure the times and dates that your on-demand resource is available to purchase under Enter the purchase and access availability periods by ticking the Purchase available from / until boxes and selecting a time and date from the calendar. If you don't require your resource to be on sale for a specified period of time, then you can leave this field empty and once placed on sale it will be purchasable for customers until you manually remove it from sale.

You can also configure how long your on-demand resource is visible to customers post purchase under Resource access where you have three options; Indefinite, Until date or For period.

Step 4: Cost

Set a price and select the accepted payment options for your on-demand resource.

If you wish for your resource to be purchased with a package you will need to give it a Package Tag and once you’ve selected a tag, you can double check which packages can be used to purchase this on-demand resource under Show eligible packages.

You can find more information about package tags here.

Step 5: Photo

You also have the option to add a photo to your on-demand resource within this last step making sure you use a JPEG or PNG file. This will appear alongside your resource details. If you don’t add a photo, then an image based on the category you selected within Step 1 will be added.

Click the Create button in order to create your on-demand resource and once created you’ll see it in draft form.

You can then place it on sale, edit or remove it from sale or archive at any time within the On-demand page.

You can also see a list of live or expired purchases under the Customers tab within the on-demand resource.

Please note that you're not able to directly gift an on-demand resource to a customer, however you can easily gift them with a 1 credit bundle that can be used to purchase the on-demand resource for free.
