A business admin can't make any changes to a customer's login details or reset their password for them.
A customer can edit their login details by accessing their account details tab on the web or going to Profile>Settings>Change password for password changes or Profile>Edit to change their name on the iOS or Android app.
Should a customer have forgotten their password they can send themselves a reset link by inputting their email address and clicking 'Forgot your password?' on the log in page on web, iOS or Android.
