Yes, sub-profiles would need to complete your participation information requirements. Every profile that makes a booking or has a booking made for them with your business will be subject to any and all participation information requirements you have configured. That means that when a parent account includes sub-profiles on a booking they will go through the same checks for contact information, be required to agree to your waiver and be presented with your questionnaire link or download for each profile before being allowed to move on to the payment stage of the booking process.
