Why has my customer's payment failed / not been accepted?

If your customer's payment has failed / not been accepted, then this may be due to insufficient funds or by using an expired payment card. You can easily find the reason for this failed / not accepted payment by logging into your Stripe dashboard here and heading to the Transactions page from the left hand side menu.
