You can easily access your customer's emergency contact details once collected during the booking flow using the Participation Information bolt-on feature, by logging into your Gymcatch admin portal on the web > navigating to the Customers page in the left hand side menu > searching and clicking into the customer's record.
To allow team members to be able to access customer's emergency contact details on the web as well, simply head into their affiliate profile via the Team page > tick the checkbox next to Make this team member an administrator of the provider > tick the checkbox next to the Customer management permission > Save changes.
