To publish your timetable direct to BoogieBounce.com's class finder, all you need to ensure is:
You have affiliated to Boogie Bounce in the Affiliations page in the Gymcatch Portal
You then need to set one of the Boogie Bounce categories as the category for your session(s). This is done at session create, but you can also update existing sessions, and remember to update each individual class series where this is required (Schedule > Details > Edit this session).
Your Boogie Bounce instructor profile email is the same as your Gymcatch registration email (update your Boogie Bounce profile if they are different)
If you have completed the above and your sessions still aren't showing on Boogiebounce.com or showing in an incorrect timezone this will be an issue with the Boogie Bounce website, so please just email support@swofmedia.co.uk an email quoting your name and email address and they'll ensure it's all hooked up at their end.
