Our waitlists work on a re-publishing basis. Once a place on an over-subscribed class becomes available, everyone on the waitlist will get a notification with a link to the class. That space will be reserved solely for booking by waitlisted customers for 30 minutes before opening for public booking, if not taken within that time. The first person to book will get the space.

Admins can also add customers directly to the waitlist within the admin portal and move customers from the waitlist to attending manually if desired.

All sessions scheduled on Gymcatch have a fully automated waitlist. We use this system because it gets someone into a popular class more often than a first-in-line method.
