Why do bundles need a time limit?

You need to set a validity period on a bundle since this helps you plan ahead and encourage your customers to use their pre-bought classes. Bundles can only be used to book sessions that occur within their respective validity periods. The validity period starts from the date of purchase and specifies the window during which the bundle can be redeemed.

When booking sessions using a bundle, customers can only apply the bundle to sessions that take place before its expiry date and it cannot be used to book a session scheduled after its expiry date, regardless of when the booking is attempted.

Extending Validity Periods

If customers need to book sessions beyond the original validity period, admins can extend the validity period of the bundle.

This can be done by going to Packages > click on specific bundle > Package customers > tick the checkbox next to the customer's name(s) > Update > from here you can update the expiry date > Next > Update package.
