You can see how your customers are using their packages by going to Packages > click on package from appropriate filter > Package customers > click on the customer's name from the Live or Expired sections or by going to Customers > click on customer's name > Purchase history > Packages > click on package.

Your customers can always see time and credits left on their packages from the Purchased packages section of their profile when logged in on the iOS, Android or web applications.
