Yes. You can always see this in the Gymcatch Business Portal. You can either go to Packages>click on package from appropriate filter>Package customers and click on the customer's name from the Live or Expired sections and you'll see this information, or you can access it via the customer's Purchase history from within the Customers>click on customer's name page.
Your customers can always see time and credits left on their packages from the Purchased packages section of their profile when logged in on the iOS, Android or web applications.
