Yes. You can enable customers to be able to pay what they want for your sessions. You can do this on the session create/edit page by selecting Pay what you want under Price type > set minimum (can be 0) and maximum (to avoid 'fat finger' mistakes) prices and can optionally set a suggested price too.
Please note that this Pay what you want feature is not currently available on courses (including sessions within a course), packages or on-demand resources.
