How do I cancel my Gymcatch business account?

  1. Log in to the Portal:

  2. Access the ‘Plan and Bolt-ons’ Page:

    • From the left-hand side menu, select the 'Plan and bolt-ons' option.

  3. Cancel the Plan:

    • Click on 'Cancel plan' and follow the automated prompts to proceed with the cancellation request.

  4. Confirm Cancellation:

    • On the final step, you will see a button labeled, 'I understand, please cancel my account.' Click this button to confirm and complete the cancellation process.

The actioning of cancellation requests can occur at any time after they are submitted, so you should assume your account can no longer be accessed from that time.

Please note that this cancellation process will also close your user account, so you will lose access to any packages, bookings and on-demand resources you hold with other providers.
