To close your Gymcatch account please login at portal.gymcatch.com > go to the Plan and bolt-ons page from the left hand side menu > click Cancel plan > follow this automated process through to completion where the last step is clicking the I understand, please cancel my account button.

The actioning of cancellation requests can occur at any time after they are submitted, so you should assume your account can no longer be accessed from that time.

Please note that this cancellation process will also close your user account, so you will lose access to any packages, bookings and on-demand resources you hold with other providers.
