For enquiries about your Stripe account head to Stripe Support. If you want to access Support from within side your Stripe dashboard once logged in, just click the ? icon in the nav bar when logged in and select 'Support'.
All payments for your customers go straight to your Stripe account. As a result queries to Stripe have to go from you direct to Stripe - they won’t talk to us about it because it’s your account.
If it looks like you aren’t able to take payments through Stripe it might be that you haven’t completed some further information they require to activate your account. If you log in at Stripe.com/login any outstanding requirements to be detailed in the notifications tab.
