If you used the Gymcatch Zoom integration to create meeting IDs for your sessions or course sessions, then the only way in which the information in your Zoom dashboard could be different is due to one of the following:
The Gymcatch created Zoom meetings have been deleted from within your Zoom dashboard
Additional Zoom meetings have been created from within the Zoom dashboard
Details that materially impact the ID / url link of the meeting have been changed from within the Zoom dashboard (Gymcatch has no way of knowing if this such details are changed, creating an inconsistency)
There's a conflict with your request from Gymcatch to create unique meeting IDs because your Zoom setting is set to "Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting". This needs to be disabled.
To resolve this scenario, if the in Zoom dashboard information hasn't been shared widely then:
Delete the Zoom meetings in the Zoom dashboard
Action the CANCEL ZOOM MEETING on the related sessions/session series in Gymcatch
Update the Gymcatch session(s) with the Create Zoom Meeting toggle selected to create new Zoom meetings
The related links will now be updated in Gymcatch
You may wish to contact any attendees to let them know that the original booking link has been updated and to access via the iOS, Android or web applications
If you have widely shared the meeting information showing in your Zoom dashboard you may chose to resolve by updating Gymcatch to use this information for each impacted session. To do this:
Action the CANCEL ZOOM MEETING on the related sessions/session series in Gymcatch
Update the Gymcatch session(s) with the Enter url toggle selected to manually add the Zoom meeting information
The related links will now be updated in Gymcatch
You may wish to contact any attendees to let them know that the original booking link has been updated and to access via the iOS, Android or web applications
