How do I update or cancel a class / session?

To update sessions from within the Gymcatch Business Portal:

  • Select the Schedule page

  • Click the Details button on the session

  • Click Edit this session

  • Update the details

  • Click Update this session or Update all sessions in this series as appropriate

If you're wanting to amend the day on which sessions within a series take place on, then you'll need cancel the series of sessions you have created and create a new series using the Copy an existing session button on the session creation page for ease.

To cancel sessions or recurring sessions:

  • Select the Schedule page

  • Click the Details button on the session

  • Click Edit this session

  • Click Cancel this session or Cancel all sessions in this series at the bottom left of the page

  • Agree to the auto-refund pop up as appropriate

Please note that the Update / Cancel all sessions in this series buttons will only action from the date of the session that you're currently in forward and will affect all sessions within the series. No previous sessions will be affected.

Cancelling single sessions within a series

If you are looking to cancel specific sessions within a series this can only be done manually by going into the specific sessions and cancelling them individually.

You can do this by going to:

  • Select the Schedule page

  • Click the Details button on the specific session

  • Click Edit this session

  • Scroll to the bottom of the edit page

  • Click Cancel This Session

Please note, if you have more than one session to cancel within a series you will need to go into each individual session following the steps above.
