To update sessions from within the Gymcatch Business Portal:

  • Select the SCHEDULE page

  • Click the DETAILS button on the session

  • Click EDIT THIS SESSION

  • Update the details

  • Click UPDATE THIS CLASS or UPDATE ALL CLASSES IN THIS SERIES as appropriate

To cancel sessions or recurring sessions:

  • Select the SCHEDULE page

  • Click the DETAILS button on the session

  • Click EDIT THIS SESSION

  • Click CANCEL THIS SESSION or CANCEL ALL SESSIONS IN THIS SERIES at the bottom left of the page

  • Agree pop up as appropriate
