To update sessions from within the Gymcatch Business Portal:
Select the Schedule page
Click the Details button on the session
Click Edit this session
Update the details
Click Update this session or Update all sessions in this series as appropriate
To cancel sessions or recurring sessions:
Select the Schedule page
Click the Details button on the session
Click Edit this session
Click Cancel this session or Cancel all sessions in this series at the bottom left of the page
Agree to the auto-refund pop up as appropriate
Please note that the Update / Cancel all sessions in this series buttons will only action from the date of the session you're currently in forward. No previous sessions will be affected.
