Yes, you can hide the number of spaces available on a session when creating or editing a session. On the session creation/edit page you select whether you wish to display the Number booked on or Places available / Last few. If you select Places available / Last Few, Places available is displayed when there are more than 5 spaces available and Last few when there are 5 or less spaces left.
