Gymcatch has a number of reporting features in the Gymcatch Business Portal under the Analytics page. However, for running income/revenue/sales reports on funds received, the best way to do this is direct from your GymcatchPay, Stripe and/or GoCardless dashboard.
GymcatchPay
To run income/revenue reports for your GymcatchPay account, in your Gymcatch admin portal simply head to Payments > click Export for a full download of all payments received from customers or click Get reconciliation report for a list of all payouts to your connected bank account.
Stripe
On Stripe, simply select the Transactions page and Export over the date range in question. Stripe also offers a full suite of reporting options that you can use to get insights into your payment data processed via your Stripe account.
GoCardless
Although GoCardless does not offer full-featured revenue reporting, you can generate basic payout and transaction reports that help you understand your income by heading to the Payments page from the left hand side menu in your dashboard, using the filters to refine your report and clicking Export.
