If you are setting up a new Stripe account Stripe can take a few days to process some internal checks before enabling your payouts. This time varies, but the average time and reasons for this are covered in this Stripe article here. Except in exceptional circumstances you can, however, start taking payments as soon as you've registered and once your account is enabled for payouts you can set the frequency to your choice (with most of our customer opting for daily).
