Why can't customers see my on demand resources?

For an on demand resource to be visible to your customers it must have the following settings. Please check each by viewing/editing the resource from the On-demand page:

  • The visibility setting must be set to Public or Followers. We recommend Public as the default.

  • The purchase availability from/to dates must include the date of viewing.

  • The resource must be placed on sale (except when only including within a course where it can be left in draft and still be included).
