You can't delete customers, but you can archive them from the Customers tab. Just click on the customers' name then the Archive button in the top right hand corner of your screen.

Archiving a customer's record removes that customer from any active customer lists in your admin portal whilst preserving their booking and purchase history and other data contained in their record. This action will have no effect on the customer's registered Gymcatch account, if they have one. A customer can be unarchived at any time by accessing their archived record and using the Unarchive button.

If a customer wants to have their account removed from Gymcatch they can log into their account > go to their Profile settings (Profile tab then tap Settings in the mobile app or click their name on the web) > click Delete account.
