Can I configure receipts for my business?

Any payments made through GymcatchPay will automatically receive a receipt. These are not currently customisable.

If your chosen payment method is Stripe, then you can enable and customise receipts within your Stripe dashboard by:

  • Logging in at Stripe.com/login.

  • Going to Settings.

  • Configuring receipts within Business Settings > Emails.

Please note that any payments made through GoCardless are not eligible for receipts.
