There is a "SOMETHING WENT WRONG. The provided key... Application access may have been revoked." error message at payment. How do I resolve this?

A SOMETHING WENT WRONG. The provided key... Application access may have been revoked error message means that Gymcatch no longer has permission from your payment processor, Stripe, to originate payments on your behalf. This is caused either by unlinking from the processor in the Gymcatch Admin Portal under Payments, revoking permissions manually from within your payment processor account, or something triggering this at the payment processor.

To resolve, please go to the Payments tab in the Gymcatch Admin Portal and do the following:

  • If the button says Link to Stripe please click the button and relink your Stripe account to Gymcatch. If a checkbox is also next to the bottom and you wish to add credit or debit cards as a payment method to any sessions you created when your Stripe account was not linked, click the checkbox next to the button to add that payment option first before clicking Link to Stripe.

  • If the button says Unlink from Stripe, please click the button. The button will then update to Link to Stripe. Please click this button. If a checkbox is also next to the bottom and you wish to add credit or debit cards as a payment method to any sessions you created when your Stripe account was not linked, click the checkbox next to the button to add that payment option first before clicking Link to Stripe.
