Gymcatch partner's with fitness brands to provide class finder services. If your classes are not pulling through to a brand's class finder, please check the following:

  • That you are searching for the correct date (please check the Advanced Filters on the classfinder to ensure you have the appropriate range selected).

  • That the brand in question does power their class finder service through Gymcatch. You will find their name in the Affiliations page of the Gymcatch Admin Portal if they do.

  • That you have affiliated with the relevant brand(s) in the Affiliations page in the Gymcatch Admin Portal.

  • That you have set one of the brand's categories as the category for your session(s). This is done at session create, but you can also update existing sessions / series of sessions (Schedule>Details>Edit this session).

If you have completed all of the above and your sessions are still not showing or are displaying incorrectly, please contact the Gymcatch team at support@gymcatch.com.
