How can I see how clients are using memberships?

You can see how a customer has used their membership across billing intervals from either the Packages or Customers pages. Administrators can view additional details such as purchase dates, expiry dates, whether the package was gifted or purchased (including the paid amount if applicable), and the remaining credits for each membership.

From Packages > click on the membership > Package customers > click on the customer from the Live or Expired list > select the booking or purchase details you wish to view from the Usage history drop-down menu.

From Customers > click on the customer's name > Purchase history > then select Packages > Live or Expired filter > click on the relevant membership > select the booking or purchase details you wish to view from the Usage history drop-down menu.
