No, memberships expire at the end of the final instalment period and are not automatically renewed. Outstanding instalments and the date/time of expiry can be seen on the customers' package instance from Packages > Package customers.
If a membership has expired earlier than expected check for the following:
A failed payment record in your Stripe dashboard. Log into your Stripe dashboard here and navigate to the Transactions page from the left hand side menu to find any failed payment records.
The number of instalments configured within your membership on Gymcatch. Simply head to Packages > click on relevant membership > under Membership structure & pricing you'll see the number of instalments. If you need to amend the number of instalments, as this membership has already been purchased, you'll need to create a new membership by heading back to the Packages page > Create new package > Copy an existing package > click on the relevant membership > amend number of instalments > Create membership > Place on sale.
The reason for expiration. In order to find the reason for a membership expiring, head to Packages > click on relevant membership > Package customers > Expired purchases > click on the customer's expired instance > you'll see the expiration reason under Expired by.
