My card details have changed. How do I update them?

Why have my credit or debit card changed and I don't recognise them

You can update your saved card details by following the instructions below:

On the mobile app

  • Go to the Profile tab

  • Tap Settings

  • Tap Payment cards

  • To remove a saved card tap Edit or to save new card details tap Add payment card

On the web

  • Login at Gymcatch.com/app

  • Click your name in the top right corner to access your Profile settings

  • Click Payment cards

To remove a saved card click the little bin icon or to save new card details simply enter them in the provided field.

Please note:

Banks and card issuers now have the ability to update your credit and debit card details that you have saved. When you save your card in Gymcatch the details are saved securely by Stripe.

If the bank issue you a new card, they can update your saved cards (to save you the job).

But if you haven't received a new card yet, or any notification from your bank that they are updating your card, you might be surprised when seeing a new card saved on Gymcatch.

If you're not sure, check with your card issuer, but the reason for the change is an automatic update.
