If you're not able to find your customer on the Customers page within your admin portal this may be due to one of the following reasons:
Your customer has registered independently and is not following your business on Gymcatch. Customers registering through the iOS or Android apps may be prompted to follow your business by default, but this is not always the case for web registrations. To ensure your customer appears in your list, make sure they click the Follow button just below your business name on your Gymcatch page.
Your customer has followed your business on Gymcatch, but you are searching under the wrong filter. Ensure you are using the Followers filter instead of the Live customers filter on the Customers page, as only customers with purchase records will appear under "Live customers."
Your customer may have been archived. Change the filter on the Customers page to Archived and if your customer is there, click into their record and click Unarchive.
Your customer has registered their account with a spelling variation. We recommend doing a partial search using just the first letter of their name to see if they appear.
