If you're not able to find your customer on the Customers page within your admin portal this may be due to one of the following reasons:
Your customer has registered independently and are not following your business on Gymcatch. Make sure your customer has clicked the Follow button just below your business name on your Gymcatch page.
Your customer has followed your business on Gymcatch but you're looking for this new customer under the Live customers filter instead of Followers on the Customers page.
Your customer may have been archived. Change the filter on the Customers page to Archived and if your customer is there, click into their record and click Unarchive.
Your customer has registered their account with a spelling variation. We recommend doing a partial search using just the first letter of their name to see if they appear.
