If your customers can't find your business on Gymcatch, then there's a few possible reasons for this:
The business account has not yet been confirmed. You can easily do this by clicking the Confirm business button within the Business Registration Confirmation email you would have received just after registering.
The customer is entering the business name incorrectly. Business names are required to be entered correctly in order to be searchable i.e correct spelling and no unnecessary blank spaces entered before or after business name.
The customer has the incorrect country set. The customer will need to have the same country selected as the business account they're searching for. They can do this on the web by ensuring the correct country flag is selected just to the right of the search bar or on the mobile app by going to Profile > Edit > Country.
