Team member administration permissions

When adding a new team member or managing an existing team member's profile, you can choose to make them an administrator of the provider by ticking the checkbox next to Make this team member an administrator of the provider.

Once ticked you'll have a long list of permissions to choose from so that you can control exactly what your team member has access to. The permissions include the following:

Provider detail information

Manage the provider's business information on the Business details page.

Affiliate admin

Add and manage affiliate accounts via the Team page.


Staff admin

Add and manage staff accounts via the Team page. (Staff accounts are a legacy feature and no longer available to create)

Create sessions and courses

Add new sessions & courses via the Schedule and Courses pages.

Update sessions and courses

Update any existing sessions & courses via the Schedule and Courses pages.

Session and course attendance

Manage attendance and bookings for all sessions & courses via the Schedule and Courses pages.

Hosting session attendance

Manage attendance and bookings for only sessions where they are set as the host instructor from the Schedule page.

Newsfeed posting

Post to the business' newsfeed within the Newsfeed tab on the mobile app.

Direct message

Send and reply to direct messages as the business via the portal, web and mobile apps.

Package management

Create and update any packages (bundles, passes and/or memberships) via the Packages page.

Customer management

View and manage customer records via the Customers page. This permission is also required to view email addresses on session and course attendee lists.

Payments admin

Manage available payment methods for the business on the Payments page.

Consumer embedded app

Manage the embedded consumer app domains and access all details on the Web embed page. Please note that this permission requires the Web embed bolt-on to be enabled.

Participation information

Set and manage the required waivers and personal information and questionnaire on the Participation info page. Please note that this permission requires the Participation Information bolt-on to be enabled.

Discount codes

Manage discount codes via the Discount codes page. Please note that this permission requires the Discount Codes bolt-on to be enabled.

Analytics

Run and download custom reports via the Analytics page.

On-demand resources

Create and edit on-demand resources via the On-demand page.
