Can a sub-profile be added to a waitlist?

A sub-profile cannot be added to a waitlist on a session by a customer or business admin since sub-profiles are not full accounts with their own email address and therefore cannot be contacted by the system when a space becomes available on a session.

Instead, we suggest the main account holder adds themself to the waitlist in question and once notified of an available space, they can proceed to book their sub-profile onto the session.
