Yes, you easily request existing customers to update their participation information whether that is for a waiver or a questionnaire.

Participation waiver

Simply head to the Participation Information page from the left hand side menu in your admin portal > Replace waiver with new version > Create new version > configure your new waiver > Save changes.

Customers will be presented with this new waiver the next time they book onto a session and once they've agreed to this, it won't be presented again unless you create a new version.

Participation questionnaire

In order to present a participation questionnaire to your customers for completion again, you will need to head to the Customers page from the left hand side menu > search and click into a customer's record > untick the checkbox next to Questionnaire received > Save changes.

Customers will be presented with this new questionnaire the next time they book onto a session and once they've completed this questionnaire, you'll need to head back into their customer record > re-tick the checkbox next to Questionnaire received > add a Valid from and to date > Save changes to stop this from continuing to present to them during the booking flow.

Please note that currently you are required to manually go into each customer's record and untick/re-tick this checkbox.
