If a customer cancels after they've paid with a package, can I refund / credit them?

Refunds / credit backs are always subject to your own cancellation policy. You can apply a partial cash refund from your Stripe dashboard if you wish. To credit back to their package, you can either do this manually by clicking on the customer's name in the Attendees page on the session, by gifting a 1 class credit bundle or, if configured, via the application of our auto-refund feature.
