The only mailing list Gymcatch operates is for our Business Account customers to keep them up-to-date with new features and enhancements. Each one of these communications has an unsubscribe option on the email.

For any other correspondence from Gymcatch, this will not be from a subscribed mailing list but most likely an automated notification generated from a fitness business you have a relationship with on Gymcatch.
You can control your notifications by logging into Gymcatch and going to your profile.

From the iOS and Android app you then select Settings > Notifications, turn on/off as required.
On the web, log in and then you just select the Notifications header from within your profile and turn them on/off as appropriate.
If you wish to remove your account, as a customer you can also do this from the Profile > Settings section of the iOS, Android and Web applications. Detailed directions are also available here if required. Business account users should go to the Plan and Bolt-on page within the administration Portal.
