Yes, if you enable the Pay on door payment option on your sessions and / or courses, this will allow your customers to book on without paying and then pay cash on arrival.

Please note that you're not able to offer this Pay on door payment option for packages (bundles, passes and memberships), however you can easily take payment for a package in cash outside of Gymcatch and once you've received payment, then manually gift the package to your customer to use.
