Why can't I archive a package?

If you're unable to archive a package (bundle, pass or membership) then this will be due to customers currently having live instances of this package or they may have an expired membership with outstanding arrears on it. Once there are no longer any live instances of the package or any expired memberships with outstanding arrears, you'll then be able to archive it.
