Closing your GymcatchPay account is easy. Simply send an email to gymcatch@unipaas.com from the registered email address on your Gymcatch business account requesting the closure and they'll take care of the rest.
Please note if you’re closing your account before completing registration and have already taken payments, you’ll need to either complete the onboarding process so the funds can be released to your bank account or the transactions can be refunded directly to your buyers.
