What is GymcatchPay?
GymcatchPay enables Gymcatch business customers to securely and efficiently accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payment by Apple Pay and Google Pay. GymcatchPay is fully integrated within the Gymcatch apps, eliminating the need for third-party tools, and offers lower fees and faster payouts. You’ll also be able to speak to someone should you have any queries.

Is GymcatchPay secure and reliable?
GymcatchPay includes industry-leading security measures powered by Unipaas Financial Services LTD, who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (license no. 929994). GymcatchPay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, which is the highest industry standard for card payments, so your members can trust their data is fully protected.
Where is GymcatchPay available?
Presently, GymcatchPay is available for our UK customers but we anticipate adding support for other countries soon.
If I use GymcatchPay can I still use Stripe and/or GoCardless?
Yes, this is an optional additional service. You can choose whether to keep Stripe / GoCardless as an additional payment processor or remove them. Please note that each item on Gymcatch can only ever have one card processor (i.e. either Stripe or GymcatchPay) selected at a time, alongside any other valid payment options you wish to add.

Do my customers need to do anything once I start using GymcatchPay?
If this is the first payment processor you are using on Gymcatch, then no, your customers will just be asked to either pay via Apple / Google Pay or by an added payment card at checkout (where they can optionally choose to save the card details for future purchase).
If you have previously used Stripe with Gymcatch, your customer’s payment details may be stored with Stripe, however they won’t be transferred by default to GymcatchPay. When your customers go to a GymcatchPay configured checkout they will be asked to pay via Apple / Google Pay or by adding a payment card (which can be optionally saved for future purchase).
