If a new follower does not appear under the Followers filter on the Customers page, refresh your admin portal by logging out and back in. Sometimes, this simple step can resolve the issue of a new follower not showing immediately.
Understanding profile accessibility for followers
Gymcatch imposes certain restrictions related to when you can view full profile details of your followers. You can only access and click into a customer’s full profile once they have booked onto a session or purchased from your business so that they become a Live Customer. Followers who haven’t made any bookings or purchases yet will not have a clickable profile view on the Customers page, however you will still be able to add a follower onto a session or gift them a package.
