To offer gift cards or vouchers on Gymcatch you create a single (or multiple if you want to offer different amounts) value pass or bundle package in Packages and give it (them) a tag that’s not used with any classes.
When someone buys the package you’ll see their name in Packages > click on package name from filter > Package customers. You can then contact the person who has bought the gift for the details of the intended recipient.
You can then either gift a valid package relating to the purchase to the intended recipient or alternatively create a unique discount code that you can pass on to the purchaser to give to the recipient. This requires the Discount code bolt-on feature which can easily be enabled via the Plan and Bolt-ons page in the Gymcatch Business Portal.
