Multi-book allows you to permit customers to book multiple places on a session using sub-profiles. Where a customer wants to book places for other people they can create a sub-profile for each person on their account during or outside of the booking flow.
In order to allow multiple places to be booked in a single transaction, you will need to ensure that Max places bookable in a single transaction has been increased from the default of 1 within the session settings.
If you'd like to enable customers to use a package to book multiple places on a session, then you will need to tick the box next to Enable multibook within the package settings.
Please note that once multibook is enabled on your package this cannot be disabled. We recommend only applying this setting to packages that have a session cap.
