Customers are not able to pay directly into your bank account on Gymcatch but you can use Gymcatch for your bookings - either by adding customers to sessions or courses, enabling the Pay on door payment option on your sessions or by gifting out packages and then arrange for your customers to manually bank transfer you.
We use Stripe for payments, when you register with Gymcatch you can set-up or link an existing Stripe account from within the Gymcatch Business Portal Payments tab. That Stripe account is yours, and the payments we originate go directly to your account. You can then set the payout frequency to your bank account (lowest frequency available is daily). There is no additional charge from Stripe for the aggregated payment from your Stripe account to your bank account.
