Setting release dates and times for on demand content in courses work the same as for your wider on demand content library.
When creating your on demand resource, under Step 3 - Purchase availability, tick Purchase available from and then set the desired date and time below before continuing to complete the set-up for the resource. Once completed, the resource will then become available at the set date and time for the customers who are booked on to the course. In this way you can set resources to release sequentially at the exact times you wish.
