A sub-profile is not a fully registered account and so can not have it's own packages. This also means that you are not able to gift a package to a sub-profile.
Instead any package that is live on the parent account of the sub-profiles will be usable for any sub-profile bookings, subject to their configured settings, such as package tags, validity periods and enabled payment methods on sessions. So if you need to manually gift a package to a customer who is a sub-profile then you would just gift it to the parent account instead.
