You can easily update the bank account that payments get sent to from Stripe by logging into your Stripe dashboard here > clicking on the settings cog icon in the top right hand corner of your screen > Settings > Business > Bank accounts and currencies > clicking on the three dots just to the right of your current back account > Edit bank account > you may be required to verify your identity and enter your password > enter new bank account details > Edit account.
